INVISALIGN TREATMENT FROM £3000

Invisalign at NJS Dental
Invisalign is a modern method for straightening teeth using clear, comfortable aligners instead of traditional fixed braces.
Consultation & Assessment
Before starting treatment, we need to see you for a consultation and a full assessment to ensure that Invisalign is right for you.
Some cases are more complex and may need referral to an orthodontist, which we can arrange if necessary.
Digital Scan & Simulation
At your appointment, we use our iTero digital scanner to take a 3D scan of your teeth.
We can display the 3D image on screen the same day, and the iTero scanner can even provide an immediate Invisalign outcome simulation.
ClinCheck® Treatment Plan
Your scan is sent to Invisalign for a digital “ClinCheck®” – a detailed 3D plan showing how your teeth will move step by step and what your final smile could look like.
The ClinCheck® also tells us:
How many aligners you are likely to need
How many small tooth-coloured attachments will be required
Whether any tiny spaces are needed between teeth (IPR – interproximal reduction) instead of extractions.
There is a charge of £250 for the ClinCheck, which is deducted from the treatment cost if you proceed.
How Invisalign Works
Once your aligners arrive, wear each set for approximately two weeks before switching to the next.
Gradually, your teeth are guided into their new position.
How Long Does It Take?
Every smile is different, so treatment times vary.
Some patients require only a few months, using 7–10 aligners, while others may need 20 or more aligners over a period of 12–18 months.
The ClinCheck® gives us a good estimate, but at the end of the last aligner, further “refinement aligners” are sometimes needed to achieve the very best result.
This means we can provide a realistic timeframe, but not an exact one, at the very start.
Retention
When treatment is complete, retainers are essential to maintain the straightness of your teeth.
These can be removable retainers or a fixed retainer bonded discreetly behind the teeth.
Benefits of Invisalign
Nearly invisible aligners – discreet and comfortable
Removable for eating, drinking, brushing, and flossing
Digital treatment planning lets you preview your new smile
Often more comfortable than traditional braces
No dietary restrictions, unlike fixed braces
Limitations of Invisalign
Requires commitment – aligners must be worn 20–22 hours a day
Not suitable for every type of tooth movement or very complex cases
Sometimes slower than fixed braces in certain situations
Attachments and IPR may still be needed
Retainers must be worn after treatment to maintain results
Finishing Touches
Many patients choose to enhance their new smile with professional teeth whitening or composite bonding after undergoing Invisalign treatment.
- Clincheck Digital Plan £250
This amount will be deducted from the total Invisalign treatment fee if you decide to proceed.
- Single arch treatment £3000
Upper or Lower
- Dual Arch £4000
Upper and Lower
- Invisalign Retainers ( Single arch ) £250
At the end of treatment, final retainers are provided. This includes three sets of retainers for the treated arch, allowing for spares.
- Invisalign retainers ( Upper and lower) £500
At the end of treatment, final retainers are provided for both arches. This includes three sets of retainers per arch, giving a total of six retainers to allow for spares.
