Fee Guide 2025

We understand that it can be difficult to meet dental costs, so we try to help our patients in any way we can.

At NJS Dental, we provide all treatment on a private basis.

This allows us to spend the time needed with every patient and to offer the very best in modern care.

When you come to see us, you can expect a thorough and careful examination

This may include X-rays, photographs, or a 5D intra-oral scan with our advanced iTero scanner to give us the clearest possible picture of your dental health.

We will always:

Share our findings clearly with you.

Explain why we may recommend treatment.

Talk through all the options available.

Discuss the benefits and any risks.

Provide you with a written treatment plan and estimate.

Make sure you feel confident and fully informed before giving consent.

Agree a suitable recall interval to keep your mouth healthy.

If you are happy to go ahead, our reception team will help you arrange your appointments.

Once your mouth is stable, we’ll recommend regular check-ups and hygiene visits to maintain long-term oral health

We offer Denplan Care and Denplan Essentials payment plans, which help spread the cost of your dental care.

Working Together

To help us provide the best service for all of our patients, we kindly ask that you:

Arrive on time for your appointment.

Keep your medical history and contact details up to date.

Let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or rearrange.

If you are running late, please let us know — sometimes we may need to rearrange your appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late. We will always do our best to stay on time and will keep you informed if we are delayed.

Cancellations: If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, a cancellation fee may apply (£1 per minute of the appointment missed).

Staying Connected

We send out email and text reminders to help you keep track of your visits, so please ensure we have your correct details.

You can also use our secure online portal to:

View your treatment plans and consent forms.

At NJS Dental, we value your trust and look forward to helping you achieve and maintain a healthy, confident smile. If you ever have feedback or suggestions, we’d love to hear from you.

INVISALIGN TREATMENT FROM £3000

Invisalign at NJS Dental

Invisalign is a modern method for straightening teeth using clear, comfortable aligners instead of traditional fixed braces.

Consultation & Assessment

Before starting treatment, we need to see you for a consultation and a full assessment to ensure that Invisalign is right for you.

Some cases are more complex and may need referral to an orthodontist, which we can arrange if necessary.

Digital Scan & Simulation

At your appointment, we use our iTero digital scanner to take a 3D scan of your teeth.

We can display the 3D image on screen the same day, and the iTero scanner can even provide an immediate Invisalign outcome simulation.

ClinCheck® Treatment Plan

Your scan is sent to Invisalign for a digital “ClinCheck®” – a detailed 3D plan showing how your teeth will move step by step and what your final smile could look like.

The ClinCheck® also tells us:

How many aligners you are likely to need

How many small tooth-coloured attachments will be required

Whether any tiny spaces are needed between teeth (IPR – interproximal reduction) instead of extractions.

There is a charge of £250 for the ClinCheck, which is deducted from the treatment cost if you proceed.

How Invisalign Works

Once your aligners arrive, wear each set for approximately two weeks before switching to the next.

Gradually, your teeth are guided into their new position.

How Long Does It Take?

Every smile is different, so treatment times vary.

Some patients require only a few months, using 7–10 aligners, while others may need 20 or more aligners over a period of 12–18 months.

The ClinCheck® gives us a good estimate, but at the end of the last aligner, further “refinement aligners” are sometimes needed to achieve the very best result.

This means we can provide a realistic timeframe, but not an exact one, at the very start.

Retention

When treatment is complete, retainers are essential to maintain the straightness of your teeth.

These can be removable retainers or a fixed retainer bonded discreetly behind the teeth.

Benefits of Invisalign

Nearly invisible aligners – discreet and comfortable

Removable for eating, drinking, brushing, and flossing

Digital treatment planning lets you preview your new smile

Often more comfortable than traditional braces

No dietary restrictions, unlike fixed braces

Limitations of Invisalign

Requires commitment – aligners must be worn 20–22 hours a day

Not suitable for every type of tooth movement or very complex cases

Sometimes slower than fixed braces in certain situations

Attachments and IPR may still be needed

Retainers must be worn after treatment to maintain results

Finishing Touches

Many patients choose to enhance their new smile with professional teeth whitening or composite bonding after undergoing Invisalign treatment.
